PSP Business Development Manager (Senior) — iGaming / Payments
Senior PSP Business Development Manager in iGaming/Payments for a Cyprus-based company. Focus on deals, payment quality, and network efficiency. Requires 3+ years of experience in payments/PSP/acquiring/iGaming/high-risk with Tier-1 market experience.
We are looking for a strong Senior PSP Business Development professional who deeply understands the payment ecosystem and can directly influence business through providers. This is a hands-on role without team management – focus on deals, payment quality, and network efficiency. What you will do: — Source, evaluate, and onboard Tier-1 PSPs, acquirers, APMs — Conduct commercial negotiations: fees, rolling reserve, settlement, limits — Develop and optimize existing providers — Collaborate with product, risk, fraud, finance, and tech teams — Influence key metrics: approval rate, payment success rate, conversion to deposit, payment cost — Manage the PSP portfolio and traffic distribution — Analyze payment performance and identify growth opportunities Main Goal: Make payments a growth driver: improve approvals, reduce costs, and increase conversion through effective work with PSPs.
3+ years in payments / PSP / acquiring / iGaming / high-risk Mandatory experience with Tier-1 markets Understanding of: * how acquiring works * how risk / compliance affect approvals * reasons for approval rate drops and methods to improve them Real experience negotiating with PSPs Strong analytical skills English – working proficiency Will be a plus: Contacts with Tier-1 PSPs / acquirers Experience scaling or optimizing a payment network Experience in high-risk verticals (iGaming, crypto, forex, etc.)
