We are looking for a Business Development Manager at GeCrypto in Tbilisi. Responsibilities include building partnerships and attracting corporate clients. Requirements: residency in Georgia, Georgian language, sales experience of 3+ years. Conditions: $1200 fixed salary + bonuses.
A licensed crypto exchange in Georgia, growing in the fintech sector. We are looking for someone to build partnerships and attract corporate clients. ▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Identify and segment target clients. ▫️Develop an entry strategy for each segment: priorities, channels, pitch. ▫️Prospecting and outreach: independently approach key decision-makers, conduct initial negotiations. ▫️Actively attend business events, conferences, and industry meetings in Georgia (business trips possible). ▫️CRM management: pipeline, statuses, communication history. ▫️Monthly analysis and reporting: what works, what doesn't, strategy adjustments.
▪️Requirements: ▫️Residency in Georgia and Georgian language are mandatory. ▫️Fluent Russian language. ▫️Intermediate or higher English level. ▫️3+ years of experience in sales or BizDev. ▫️Ability to think strategically: understand where the money is and how to get it. ▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience in fintech, crypto, or payment services. ▫️Existing network in the automotive, real estate, or gambling industries. ▫️Understanding of the crypto market specifics in Georgia.
