AI Automation & Systems Lead role in a real estate development company on Bali, focusing on building AI-driven business operations, automating manual labor, and scaling marketing and sales. Requires production AI/automation experience and a systems-thinking approach.

We are launching an AI division in a premium real estate development company in Bali. The goal is not experimentation, but real business impact through AI. The role involves building the business's operational system using AI, eliminating manual labor, scaling marketing and sales through automation, and launching initiatives that others are only discussing. Specific tasks include end-to-end automation (CRM/marketing/sales), AI agents (leads, content, support, analytics), LLM in production (Claude, OpenAI, workflows), and API integrations. You will be building the AI division from scratch.

Proven experience in automation/AI in production. Understanding of business impact and ROI, not just perceived coolness. Ability to independently assemble solutions without waiting for detailed specifications. Systems thinking rather than task-oriented approach. Ability to deliver results quickly. Not suitable if you: Only write prompts. Lack real-world case studies. Fear responsibility for results. Are accustomed to working "by tasks". Will be a big plus: AI agents/complex workflows. Growth/lead generation. Python/JS. Experience working in fast-paced environments.
