StarTribe is seeking an AI & Process Transformation Lead to work on a next-generation XRM platform. The role involves improving development and product processes through AI implementation, working from an office in Belgrade. Salary is negotiable.

StarTribe is part of a large international holding company with over 10 years of experience in creating and developing large-scale IT products for major companies. The holding employs around 10,000 people globally, with its main office in Cyprus. Their primary focus is iGaming, developing technological solutions for online entertainment, sports, and games, operating in the B2B segment and ranking among the industry leaders (top-10 worldwide). Their client is an international product IT company specializing in high-load iGaming projects. They are currently looking for an AI & Process Transformation Lead to work on a universal next-generation XRM platform – a modular B2B solution integrating CRM, PRM, HRM, Data, and AI. The goal is to improve development and product processes by implementing AI, change how teams work, and achieve measurable results.

• Experience in real process transformation within a product or development environment for at least 2 years; • Experience in implementing AI into team workflows; • Understanding of the full development cycle (discovery, delivery, release); • Ability to structure implementation (stages, risks, success factors); • Experience with metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of changes; • Experience in managing resistance and achieving results from changes. Will be a plus: • Experience working with teams of 100+ people; • Experience scaling practices across teams; • Experience working in a complex organizational structure.
