AI-native Tech Lead

We are looking for an AI-native Tech Lead with 7+ years of development experience and 3+ years of technical leadership. Requires a strong production background, experience with CI/CD, LLM integration into backend, and B2+ English proficiency. Willingness to travel to the UAE.

This is not a classic tech lead. We need someone who builds the engineering system: architecture, standards, CI/CD, code review, tech debt, observability, and automation through AI agents.

7+ years in development 3+ years of technical leadership strong production background architecture / system design / ADR / trade-off analysis experience with CI/CD, monitoring, rollback, incident management practical use of ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Codeium experience integrating LLMs into backend observability: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog or similar B2+ English willingness to travel to the UAE Will be a plus: startup / venture studio / multi-product experience LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen RAG, vector DB, embeddings evaluation frameworks for agents
