Unimatch Lab is seeking an AI-native Tech Lead for a full-time remote position. The role involves designing AI-native backend architecture, building scalable Node.js systems, and developing AI agents. Salary range: $5000-6000.

We are looking for an AI-native Tech Lead in an AI-driven Venture Studio. What needs to be done: * design AI-native backend architecture; * build scalable Node.js systems; * develop AI agents / RAG / orchestration workflows; * build engineering processes and CI/CD; * be responsible for code quality, observability, and delivery; * make technical decisions on the product.

7+ years of commercial development experience; 3+ years of technical leadership: architectural proficiency, standards, review culture, participation in technical interviews strong production experience with Node.js; experience with AI/LLM systems; experience in technical leadership; understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, observability; experience in building scalable systems. English B2+ Nice to have: * experience with AI agents; * MCP / CrewAI / Autogen; * AI-assisted engineering workflows; * startup experience.

Remote work, possible business trips to the UAE. Full-time employment.
