Visa Consultant / Sales Consultant

Green Apple Travel & Tourism is seeking a Visa Consultant in Dubai to consult clients, process applications, and drive sales. Requires Russian and English, office-based.

Consult clients on visas and tourism services. Process incoming requests from WhatsApp, social media, and other channels. Select suitable visa services and guide clients to payment. Prepare and verify documents. Support clients from first contact to result. Manage clients and application statuses in CRM. Maintain high service and communication standards.

Fluent Russian. Good spoken and written English. Strong communication skills. Ability to work with clients and sell services. Responsibility and attention to documents. Ability to work quickly with a large number of requests. Experience in a visa company, tourism, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
