Sales and Support Manager for AI Subscriptions Store

Remote sales and support manager for an AI subscriptions and digital goods store. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and support. Flexible schedule, commission + bonuses.

We are developing a media about AI and technology and launching our own store of AI subscriptions, accounts, and digital goods. We are looking for a responsible person to communicate with customers, process orders, and provide support. Tasks: - Consult customers and help with product selection. - Respond to messages and process orders. - Purchase and deliver products according to instructions. - Help with activation and setup of subscriptions. - Resolve problems, replacements, and returns. - Update product cards: prices, availability, descriptions. - Work with reviews and feedback. - Suggest improvements to the store's operations.

Requirements: - Literate speech and polite communication. - Responsibility and attentiveness. - Basic understanding of AI services and interest in the field. - Confident PC skills. - Ability to solve problems independently. - Willingness to learn and grow. Experience in sales, support, or e-commerce is a plus. Experience with digital goods, AI subscriptions, and accounts is especially welcome. We are ready to consider candidates without relevant experience if they learn quickly and approach work responsibly.

Conditions: - Fully remote work. - Flexible shifts within 09:00–22:00 Moscow time. - Workload depends on orders, may be light at the start. - Percentage of sales + performance bonuses. - Training, instructions, and team support. - Probation period. - Opportunity to grow to senior manager.
