We are looking for a VIP Manager (outside of Russia) with 1.5+ years of experience for personal VIP client support. Stable income, fully remote work.

We are expanding our team and looking for an attentive and empathetic specialist who can build long-term relationships with key clients and anticipate their needs. - Provide personal support to VIP clients and develop individual bonuses for them. - Monitor user activity and analyze their behavior. - Proactively prevent negative experiences and work with feedback. - Organize gifts, congratulations, and external activities. - Interact with other teams to promptly resolve requests.

- Work experience (VIP / Customer Success / Account Manager) of 1.5+ years. - Native Russian language. - Strong communication skills and developed empathy. - Ability to analyze data and react promptly to client behavior signals. - High responsibility, attention to detail, and quick learning ability.

- Stable income and fully remote work format. - Balanced schedule: working with weekends on Saturday and Sunday. - Support: onboarding, training, and regular communication with the Head of VIP. - Care: compensation for medical services and sports. - Resources: provide work equipment.
