VIP Customer Support Agent
VIP Customer Support Agent (On-site, Limassol, Cyprus) for an online casino team. Handle player queries, build relationships, and log interactions. Full-time, shift-based.
Be the dedicated point of contact for our highest-value players. Handle account queries, bonuses, withdrawals and escalations with speed and professionalism. Build genuine relationships with VIP clients across live chat, email and phone. Log interactions in our CRM and collaborate with the VIP Management team.
Experience in customer support (iGaming, hospitality or luxury service a big plus). Excellent English — both written and spoken. Calm, solutions-oriented and discreet under pressure. Comfortable with rotating shifts including evenings and weekends. Based in Limassol.
