Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven venture studio from Silicon Valley, focusing on AI, R&D, and an OKR culture with speed and ownership. Responsibilities: ● Roadmap and delivery: prioritization, backlog with DoR/DoD, requirements and documentation; agreed scope from concept to production-ready within a sprint, hands-on. ● UI/UX and vibe-coding: scenarios and interface from wireframe to production-ready, iterating based on client and team feedback. ● Client interaction: weekly syncs, bi-weekly demos, post-meeting summaries, quarterly roadmap sessions. ● Collaboration with Founding Engineer: you handle front-end and UI, they handle back-end and API; sprint planning, front-end/back-end integration acceptance. ● Routine tasks (summaries, backlog analytics, demo materials, desk research) are handled by agents under your supervision.

● 3+ years as a Product Owner, with hands-on experience from idea to production. ● Vibe-coding experience: Cursor, Bolt, v0, Replit, Windsurf. ● Mobile design awareness: iOS/Android patterns, pixel-perfect approach, strong visual sense without a dedicated designer. ● Full-stack understanding and end-to-end prototyping. ● Ability to deliver working products in 1-2 weeks; portfolio showcasing vibe-coding. ● Product Management skills: prioritization, backlog, roadmap, demos, sprints, client feedback. ● Experience managing agents for product tasks: reporting, backlog analytics, demo materials, research. ● English B2+
