AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets is seeking a Trader in Residence / Quant Advisor. This is a part-time, remote advisory role focused on providing market insights and guiding product development. Apply via Google Form.

10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi. We are in an early stage with a fast pace. The role is not a traditional trader position. You will become an in-house trading expert, helping the team understand the market from the inside and build a product that meets the real needs of active traders. The format is advisory with deep product involvement. What you will do: Trade on prediction markets and related markets – this is your primary function and the main source of insights for the product. Share real-world experience with the team: what strategies work, where money is lost, what hinders progress in the moment. Advise on order book mechanics, probability pricing, and market behavior. Help identify product gaps that the team might miss without practical trading experience. Participate in analyzing competitors, bots, and strategies – provide an assessment from the perspective of a practicing trader. Serve as an internal advisor on all matters related to trading and market mechanics.

Active trader on prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.). Experience trading futures and options – understanding the broader market beyond prediction markets. Proficiency in quantitative trading: strategies, bots, automation. Understanding of order book mechanics and probability pricing at a practical level. Ability to clearly explain your trading decision-making process and where you see an edge. Skill in translating trading experience into concrete insights for the product team. Important: We don't need a theorist. We need someone who is actively trading right now – and doing it seriously.
