Middle/Junior Quant Trader with a salary range of $5k-$6k fixed net plus quarterly bonuses and potential PnL profit share. Develop and implement trading strategies on various markets. Based in Serbia with a distributed team.

We develop and implement trading strategies on various markets, from crypto to traditional exchanges. We are expanding and looking for individuals to help us adapt strategies to new platforms.

Confident Python (NumPy, pandas, numba) Basic development tools (pytest, concurrent) Knowledge of C++ (algorithms, OOP, templates) Understanding of market operations and trading principles Nice to have: Experience in developing trading strategies Experience with low-latency systems Olympiad or strong mathematical background (All-Russian, ICPC, Kaggle)

Salary: $5k-$6k fixed net + quarterly bonus + % of PnL for experienced candidates. Team: Small, no bureaucracy, fast decision-making and hypothesis testing. Composed of graduates from top universities (HSE, MIPT, Skoltech, etc.), many with backgrounds from ShAD/Olympiads. Location: Main office in Serbia + distributed team.
