10arx is seeking a Trader in Residence / Quant Advisor for a remote, part-time advisory role. The candidate will actively trade on prediction markets and share insights to shape the AI-native trading terminal product. Direct interaction with the founder.

10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.). We are building professional tools for retail traders: AI analysis, copying top wallet trades, autonomous bots. The product is in its early stages, the team is small, and the pace is high. Site: ***** Role: This is not a classic trader position. You are an internal market expert whose practice directly shapes the product. Your trading = source of insights for the entire team. What you will do: - Actively trade on prediction markets and related markets (main task) - Share real experience: strategies, mistakes, pain points, edge - Advise on order book, probability pricing, market mechanics - Help identify product gaps invisible without practical experience - Analyze competitors, bots, and trading approaches from a practitioner's perspective

Ideal candidate: - Actively trades on Polymarket, Kalshi (not a theorist!) - Has experience in futures/options - understands the broader market - Understands quant trading: bots, automation, strategies - Can clearly explain how they make decisions and where they see an advantage - Can translate trading experience into concrete product recommendations
