Trader (Crypto Futures / Signals)

Seeking a skilled Trader for Crypto Futures/Signals. Responsibilities include generating trading signals, working with perpetual futures on Binance/Bybit, managing trades, and maintaining a private signal channel. Remote, full-time/part-time options available. Payment is a combination of fixed salary and performance-based bonuses.

We are an arbitrage team in schematic traffic, working with paid traffic, funnels, and monetization through crypto. We are looking for a strong futures trader who can provide working signals with confirmed statistics. Responsibilities: - Formulating trading signals (entry / SL / TP / entry logic) - Working with perpetual futures (Binance / Bybit) - Trade support (updates, closures, rollovers) - Maintaining a private signal channel - Quick market reaction (intraday / swing - according to your strategy) - Brief market analysis and justification of positions

Trading experience in futures for over 1 year Positive statistics over distance (not screenshots of 2 trades) Understanding of risk management (R/R, drawdowns, deposit utilization) Clear system (not "entered based on feelings") Ability to explain the reason for a specific entry

Remote work Format: full-time / part-time (negotiable) Payment: fixed + % / KPI (depends on level) Test period: 2-4 weeks
