Chief Financial Officer (CFO) vacancy at Intelion, a company involved in industrial mining and digital currency exchange. Requires 3-5 years of experience, understanding of the crypto market and OTC transactions. Salary from 300,000 rubles. Hybrid schedule, office in Moscow.

Intelion is a leader in industrial mining. As part of the Intelion group of companies, IntelionX operates – the first official digital currency exchange solution in Russia. The platform operates within an official framework, including verification and control tools that comply with the requirements of regulators and banking infrastructure. In addition, Intelion is developing AI/GPU infrastructure for artificial intelligence projects. Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of the financial strategy for the division, considering the specifics of the crypto market. - Building the business's financial architecture: budgeting, planning, control. - Financial modeling, unit economics, scenario planning. - Monitoring cash flow, liquidity management, cash gaps. - Control of large transactions and payments, working with liquidity providers, OTC desks, and banks. - Building a management accounting system, controlling period closings and reporting. - Tax planning and optimization, automation of financial processes and integration with payment infrastructure. - Control of financial and operational risks. - Ensuring compliance with AML/CFT and currency legislation. - Interaction with banks, payment systems, and regulators.

Requirements: - Higher economic education. - 3-5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (in a bank, fintech company, crypto project). - Deep understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. - Understanding of the crypto market and OTC transactions. - Knowledge of AML/CFT and regulatory requirements. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets. - Financial modeling skills. - Experience with large cash flows and multiple legal entities. - Analytical thinking, attention to detail, stress resistance, ability to work in a multitasking environment and a rapidly changing regulatory landscape. Will be a plus: - Experience with digital assets (knowledge of AML specifics for crypto transactions, experience with crypto exchanges, P2P platforms, blockchain analytics).
