Tribe is looking for a Back-Office Crypto Finance Specialist to work in their Limassol office. Experience with DeFi protocols and EVM networks is required. Offers a stable salary in EUR, an annual bonus, and corporate infrastructure.

What you will do: — Execute transactions (crypto/fiat/internal allocations) — Conduct on-chain operations: swaps, bridges, staking, LP, deposits/withdrawals — Maintain deal cards and statuses (initiated/in progress/executed/closed) — Reconcile portfolio and control SLA — Monitor protocols and networks, track

Mandatory requirements: - Practical experience with DeFi protocols (Pendle, Curve, Jupiter) - Transaction experience in EVM networks (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB) and Solana/SUI - Confident work with block explorers (Etherscan and similar) You: — Understand transaction mechanics: what is signed, where funds go, what are the risks — Know how to work with multisig wallets and approval flow — Pay attention to detail and are accurate in deal accounting — Know the basic principles of financial accounting and reconciliation — Plus: experience with Fireblocks/Fordefi, understanding of fund administration
