Telegram Content Manager

Head of content for Telegram channels at a real estate agency in Saint Petersburg; remote, 150,000 RUB + bonuses.

Our clients include entrepreneurs, bloggers, artists, and other public figures. We have 3 major Telegram channels about real estate in Saint Petersburg, Moscow, and Dubai. Responsibilities: develop content strategy, find interesting topics, new sections and formats; assign tasks to authors and designers, control content quality; manage the system for obtaining current information about new buildings, promotions, and mortgage programs; analyze reach, engagement, and conversion to requests, test hypotheses and improve results; actively use AI for content creation, analytics, and process automation.

Experience with Telegram and content marketing, understanding how to attract clients through content; ability to work with texts and meanings, find catchy topics and offers; experience managing contractors and organizing content processes; analytical mindset, initiative, and ability to make decisions based on data; good knowledge of AI tools and their application. Experience in real estate, lead generation, and managing editorial teams is a big plus.
