Junior Targetologist (Telegram Ads)

Digital marketing agency Demis Group seeks Junior Targetologist for Telegram Ads. Salary 60,000-80,000 RUB net, fully remote.

Responsibilities: - Launch and manage advertising campaigns in Telegram Ads cabinet - Select relevant Telegram channels and segment target audiences - Develop and test advertising hypotheses and bundles - Track key performance indicators (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL) - Analyze campaign results and optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs - Conduct regular analytics and prepare reports

Requirements: - Basic experience with advertising platforms (Telegram Ads, VK Ads, Yandex Direct, etc.) - Understanding of core marketing metrics and a love for numbers - Genuine interest in performance marketing and desire for rapid professional growth - Attention to detail, responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn - Having initial case studies is a plus
