Technical Support Specialist (1st Line)

Remote technical support specialist for an international e-commerce and affiliate marketing project. Salary $830-930, day shift 5/2. Requires Russian and Ukrainian.

International project in e-commerce and affiliate marketing is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian. What to do: • Setup and support of projects (Affiliate marketing); • Processing tasks and requests from clients and employees; • Identifying and resolving issues in product configuration; • Writing articles and maintaining the company's knowledge base; • Supporting projects and managing technical requests together with QA/development until verification and closure.

• Knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian; • 1-3 years of experience in technical or client support; • Experience with API; • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics; • General understanding of HTTP; • Skills in diagnosing issues in digital product configuration; • High level of responsibility and independence; • Good communication and writing skills; • Analytical thinking; • Friendliness to clients and employees; • Genuine desire to help and bring requests to resolution. ⭐️ Experience in Affiliate/CPA/AdTech/MarTech and work with website builders will be a plus.
