Technical Product Owner for AI-based software products at a major bank. Focus on generative AI for smart search in mobile and web apps. Full-time, hybrid in Moscow. Salary up to 450k gross.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Technical Product Owner who will be instrumental in creating and implementing AI-based technical software products for a major bank. This individual will play a key role in product development and the technical strategy of our team. Project: "Smart Search for Individuals in Mobile and Web Applications based on Generative Artificial Intelligence".

– Higher education in IT, computer science, engineering, or related fields. – Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or financial sector. – Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; participation in Agile software development. – Experience in team development and software lifecycle implementation. – Knowledge of software design principles, development technologies, and databases. – Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.). – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. – Strong leadership qualities. – English language proficiency for reading technical documentation and articles. – Skills in applying LLM for work tasks.

Full-time employment, hybrid format in Moscow. Salary: up to 400k gross under the Labor Code and up to 450k gross under an individual entrepreneur agreement.
