Product Owner for credit products on blockchain at Sber in Moscow. Responsibilities include developing and adapting blockchain-based credit products, digital financial assets, smart contracts, and tokenized assets. Requires experience in structuring credit deals and financial products, and knowledge of digital assets and DeFi.

Responsibilities: - Create and adapt corporate lending products on blockchain, related to digital financial assets, smart contracts, securitization, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets. - Develop and launch complex blockchain products used as collateral for real assets (RWA), digital currency, and tokenized credit flows. - Adapt traditional credit processes and products. - Design the logic for integrating credit events with smart contracts. - Formulate and update product vision at the intersection of finance and digital assets. - Plan and prioritize the backlog, synchronizing releases with other teams and stakeholders. - Clearly demonstrate the team's work results to internal and external stakeholders. - Identify and minimize conflicts/dependencies with other products. - Ensure product compliance with Russian Federation legislation on CFAs and financial services. - Control the cybersecurity level and reliability of the blockchain platform. - Create strategic concepts and business models for financial products based on DeFi. - Manage the full product lifecycle: from idea and prototype creation (MVP) to launch and development.

Requirements: - Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics. - Experience in structuring credit deals and complex financial products (syndicated loans, securitization, derivatives) in a bank, investment company, or fintech. - Practical experience interacting with CFAs and DeFi protocols and understanding their mechanics. - Knowledge of the digital asset market and regulatory trends. - Advantageous: - Successful cases of launching or implementing DeFi products. - Experience in corporate lending. - Experience as PO/PM in large companies/banking sector or with blockchain projects for 3+ years. - Use of AI.
