Senior Product Owner at Art-Fintech for the development of AI products. Requires experience in digital product development, understanding of the financial domain, and GenAI. Remote work, salary up to 350,000 rubles.

Ensure the development of FinGPT, keep key user scenarios in focus, understand where the product breaks for the user, which improvements will have the greatest impact, and bring these changes to release. Deeply immerse yourself in the product, data, user feedback, and technical limitations to make strong product decisions. Gather and synthesize requirements. Work with a wide range of stakeholders. Transform disparate requests, constraints, and insights into a clear set of product priorities and decisions based on which the team can confidently move forward. Manage backlog and delivery. Decompose product initiatives into specific tasks, form and maintain a prioritized backlog, ensure clarity of requirements for the team, and lead tasks to completion. Work closely with the team lead, DS, AI engineers, QA, frontend, designer, and MLOps to ensure changes are released on time and without loss of quality. Be responsible for metrics.

- Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation. - Experience in product development: Proven experience in digital product development with a confirmed track record: growth in key metrics and improvement of customer experience. You can explain the solutions that led to this. - Understanding of the financial domain: Understand basic market tools and mechanics: distinguish OFZ from VDO, futures from options, deposits from loans. Quickly orient yourself in investment products and user scenarios around them. - Experience with GenAI products: Practical experience in creating and developing products using GenAI (preferably conversational interfaces): understand model limitations, typical UX problems, and know how to turn model capabilities into real user scenarios. - Understanding of the AI landscape and tools: Familiar with the current state of the AI industry and actively use AI tools in your work. - Ability to work hands-on: Do not limit yourself to setting tasks: you can analyze data yourself, calculate metrics, analyze user behavior, test hypotheses, or assemble a prototype. You work directly with the product - from analyzing user requests and datasets to interpreting A/B test results and making decisions based on them. - Genuine interest in the AI field. - High agency: Take initiative within your area of responsibility, bring tasks to completion, and do not lose focus on user value and metrics. - Ability to work with uncertainty: Comfortably work with incomplete information: formulate hypotheses, test them, and gradually refine the product development direction.
