Technical Artist (UE5 + Git) for Digital Twins / Archviz / Interactive Environments
Technical Artist role focusing on UE5 and Git for Digital Twins, Archviz, and interactive environments. Responsibilities include 3D content validation, asset optimization, pipeline improvement, and utility development. Offers a 2/2 schedule with paid overtime. Company: Digital Spatial Technologies.
Responsibilities: - Check 3D content (mesh, UV, LOD, vertex color, materials, textures, collisions, Nanite) - Validate assets and scenes (structure, HLOD, External Actors) - Assemble test builds, bake content lockers - Optimize the pipeline - Create utilities (Python / C++ / Blueprints) - Automate processes (scripts, CI/CD) - Work with Git / Git LFS (repository structure, asset storage)
Requirements: - Proficient Git / Git LFS - Experience with Unreal Engine 5 - Understanding of the full 3D pipeline - Knowledge of UE5 limitations - Basic knowledge of rendering and shaders - System thinking, responsibility Plus: - 2+ years in UE - CI/CD for Unreal - C++ / Python - 3D modeling experience
