Tech Support/FinTech (Brokerage Specialist)

STATOK is hiring a Tech Support/FinTech (Brokerage Specialist) in Larnaca, Cyprus. Day shift: 9:00-18:00 (3 days office, 2 remote). Evening shift: 16:00-23:00 (remote).

Processing customer requests at L3 support level with understanding of financial markets. Executing trades on the market according to specified requests. Assisting in setting up trading infrastructure: communication with counterparties and internal departments.

Background in financial companies, banks, fintech; experience in personal trading (a plus). Basic understanding of the stock market (stocks, bonds) and interest in learning in this field. Confident English for daily communication (not lower than B2), and fluent Ukrainian (Native).
