Team Lead for a YouTube team: manage production, set tasks, check scripts and AI generations, ensure quality and deadlines. Full-time, high income paid in crypto, priority to candidates outside Russia.

Manage a small team and personally participate in the entire production process, from script review to preparing the final video for publication. Responsibilities: fully control YouTube video production; check scripts and ready materials; set tasks for the team and control deadlines; make edits and check AI generations; monitor video quality and compliance with internal standards; ensure a fully finished video is released by the deadline.

Fluent Russian with a high level of literacy; strong organizational skills; ready to take responsibility for own work and the team's work; attentive to details, diligent, and stress-resistant; ready to be constantly available during the working day; able to work only on this project without combining with other jobs. Will be a plus: experience in creating YouTube content; developing own channel or working with other YouTube channels.

Full-time without combining with other projects; schedule: Monday-Saturday, 09:00-18:00 Moscow time; high income, amount discussed individually after interview; payments to crypto wallet twice a month; priority given to candidates living outside Russia.
