Assistant to the Head of a YouTube Project

Full-time assistant to the head of a YouTube project. Daily review of AI-generated material, coordination with editors, process control. Salary in crypto, preference for candidates outside Russia.

Responsibilities: - Thorough daily review of material (AI-generated content), making edits, controlling corrections. - Assisting the head in the production process: constant close interaction with video editors, monitoring the production department's plan, acting as a link between the head and the production department.

Proactive and sociable, comfortable with a large volume of daily communication (introverts not suitable). Creative and responsible, requiring maximum concentration, perseverance, stress resistance, attention to detail. Native-level Russian, high literacy. Available throughout the working day to control video production, check finished material, make edits. Not just an executor but a thinker who proposes new ideas.

Full-time, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00 Moscow time. Fixed salary, amount discussed individually after interview based on experience. Paid to cryptocurrency wallet twice a month. Preference for candidates living outside Russia; stable internet required.
