We are looking for a Team Lead and a team of 3-4 engineers who have already built things together and can work efficiently. The focus is on a strong Node.js (backend) and React (frontend) stack, a solid data mindset (Python, queries, working with complex datasets), and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day development (e.g., Claude Code). A proven history of working together as a team is essential. The setup includes full ownership from development to delivery, no micromanagement, and a long-term product focus.
