Team Lead .NET at ITM LLC (Magnit). Location: Moscow. Salary: ~ 400 - 500 thousand rubles. Managing the team, deadlines, and risks, developing microservices for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

We are a cross-functional team that implements and develops electronic document management and electronic archive systems to optimize and support the company's business processes and comply with legislative requirements. Based on our information systems, we ensure the storage and exchange of electronic documents. What you will be doing: - Managing the team, deadlines, and risks - Organizing the team's work, planning, and technical control of solutions - Full cycle of development and refinement of microservices for a high-load electronic document management system (EDMS) - Ensuring code quality through unit testing - Conducting code reviews to maintain a high standard of code and service reliability

Experience managing a team of 5+ people Knowledge of Agile methodologies Ability to estimate development and decompose tasks Skill in tracking new development trends, analyzing and implementing them within the team Understanding of CI/CD Experience implementing and developing practices .NET development experience Code Review experience Solid understanding of microservice architecture and practical experience developing high-load distributed systems Ability to work with data storage (SQL) Unit testing skills Experience interacting with related areas (testing, analytics, DevOps)
