An international product IT company that develops high-load projects in the iGaming sector (entertainment, gaming, and sports themes) is looking for a Team Lead .Net. Responsibilities: • Manage a development team (≤5 backend, ≤2 QA) • Interact with related teams (frontend, mobile, DB) • Plan team work (each activity with a specific deadline) • Achieve goals set for the team • Decompose product and technical tasks • Hire, motivate, and ensure the development of team members • Support and improve development processes within the team • Maintain the team's technical backlog • Participate in backend development on .NET (write code, conduct code reviews) • Develop architectural solutions

• Management experience of at least 1 year • .NET development experience of at least 3 years • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and practices • Knowledge of multi-service architecture principles and practices • Basic knowledge of monitoring and incident management
