A large growing YouTube channel is looking for a Team Lead to manage the team and personally participate in the entire production process — from script review to final preparation of the video for publication. Responsibilities: — control the full cycle of YouTube video production; — work daily with the director and editor; — review scripts and finished materials; — assign tasks to the team and monitor deadlines; — check AI generations, find errors and shortcomings; — monitor video quality and bring material to the final version; — ensure release of finished videos within deadlines.

— relevant experience creating content for YouTube is required; — experience managing a team and assigning tasks is required; — experience growing your own YouTube channel or working on large YouTube projects will be an advantage; — fluent Russian and a high level of literacy; — creative approach; — attention to detail, perseverance, and stress tolerance; — readiness to be constantly available during the workday; — priority for candidates living outside Russia.
