Team Lead of Development Team (Python, Go, React, TypeScript)

Rambler&Co is hiring a Team Lead for a development team. Full-time, remote or hybrid. 6+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Implementing development strategy in the team - Acting as TeamLead of development on the project, further development and maintenance of the system - Working in a large team of specialists: developers, analysts, testers, product owners - Interacting with contractors and project customers - Managing the development team from a technical side: decomposing and assigning tasks to developers, controlling implementation of solutions, conducting code reviews, managing the order of work - Developing and recruiting employees, holding 1x1 meetings, supporting employee initiatives to implement advanced development practices Stack: Python, Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Clickhouse, Docker, Kubernetes

Requirements: - Experience managing cross-functional development teams - Deep understanding of the IT project lifecycle - Developed soft skills and ability to effectively interact with the team and related departments - Ability to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies - Understanding of information security and data confidentiality principles - Experience implementing high-load services - Experience developing distributed systems (microservices, message queues, caching) - Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs - Database design skills, isolation and transactions on PostgreSQL - Understanding of design patterns for complex applications with large codebases - Task distribution and deadline control - Skills with project management tools - Good understanding of scrum processes, experience setting them up and improving them - Collecting and analyzing requirements from clients and internal teams - Ability to substitute any developer in case of critical situations Nice to have: - Fullstack developer experience (ideally Python and React) - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
