Team Lead / IT Director

Seeking a Team Lead/IT Director for a role in banks, fintech, e-commerce, retail, telecom. Remote in Russia, salary from 400,000 RUB, full-time.

Responsibilities: Lead a cross-functional team, motivate and develop people; plan sprints/tasks, coordinate work; establish and optimize internal processes; focus on results, track KPIs, quality, deadlines; liaise with stakeholders, manage resources and risks; document requirements, formulate tasks for tech team and analysts; global goal: implement a new event accounting module for a government agency platform.

Higher education in IT/management or related field; 5+ years of team lead experience; technical background (former developer or architect, language/stack not critical); management/technical ratio ~70/30; practical knowledge of Scrum/Kanban; strong leadership and communication skills; skills: leadership, systematic thinking, proactivity, responsibility.
