Team Lead for YouTube Channel

Team Lead for a successful YouTube channel, full-time, responsible for managing video production from script to final upload. Payment in crypto, priority for candidates outside Russia.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive employee who will take full control, management, and personal participation in the entire production process of creating YouTube videos: from script review to final preparation of the video for publication.

Mandatory: fluent Russian, high level of literacy; strong organizational skills; willingness to take responsibility for one's work and a small team; persistence, stress resistance, attention to details; Team lead must be in constant contact during the working day to control the team, set tasks, make edits, and check finished material (AI generations). Nice to have: relevant experience in creating content for YouTube, developing your own channel, or experience working with other YouTube channels.

Full-time, no combination with other projects, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 Moscow time. High income, amount discussed individually after interview and according to experience. Payment to crypto wallet twice a month. Priority to candidates living outside the Russian Federation.
