Team Lead Facebook Farmer

Manage infrastructure for Facebook account farming from scratch, build team and processes, remote, fixed salary plus KPI.

Role: build entire farming infrastructure for FB: supplier chain, tech stack (AdsPower), team management, quality control of accounts, analytics. Responsibilities: - Set up infrastructure: supplier → farm → delivery chain. Find reliable suppliers of accounts, proxies, SMS, verification solutions. - Tech stack: AdsPower as base. Configure group operations, automation, profile templates, proxy rotation, monitoring system. - Team: hire, train, manage farmers. Establish KPIs, reporting, survival control. - Delivery: ensure stable flow of high-quality warm accounts for media buyers (geo, age, history, limits). - Analytics: track metrics (survival rate, verification pass %, cost per account, lifetime) and continuously improve.

Experience in FB farming from 2 years, including at least 6 months as team lead (or building the direction). Advanced AdsPower user (automation, group actions, fingerprint work). Market knowledge: know suppliers, how to source quality materials. Ability to manage people: assign tasks, control, fire without regrets, hire selectively. Systemic thinking: turn chaos into process with clear metrics. Plus: coming with a ready team is a plus (considered as a unit).

Full remote. Fixed salary + KPI. Budget for everything: AdsPower licenses, proxies, SMS, suppliers. Direct access to leadership, no intermediate managers.
