Payment Manager at Qlead, remote. Develop payment infrastructure for LATAM markets, connect providers, optimize routing.

Qlead — digital partner that introduces brands to new markets. We specialize in Latin America. Responsibilities: find and integrate payment providers; test, configure and launch payment solutions; manage payment page and optimize flow; set up routing and cascades; analyze performance and improve conversion with providers and technical team; control technical work; report on launches and results.

Experience with payment systems, PSP or processing; understanding of payment processes, routing, cascades; experience launching and setting up payment solutions; ability to analyze efficiency metrics; skills in interaction with providers and technical teams; English for business communication. Bonus: experience in high-risk, FinTech and knowledge of local LATAM payment methods.
