Team Lead 1C:ERP UK Operational Contour Subsystem

Team Lead for 1C:ERP UK operational contour, remote in Russia, full-time, salary 250,000-300,000 RUB, leading a team of 10+ in migration from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP UK.

Project: Migration from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP UK. Team: More than 10 people (financial and operational contour, consultants, developers, functional and technical architects, PMO, project managers). Responsibilities: - Team management and mentoring: organizing the operational contour team, task planning and control, mentoring. - Combining management functions with personal participation in implementation ("playing leader"). - Requirements management: formalizing requirements for 1C:ERP UK in customization of operational processes (Sales, Purchases, Warehouse, Quality Control, Production, NSI, Integrations). - Architecture and design: system configuration for operational contour, designing, testing, and delivering 1C:ERP UK modifications to the customer. - Migration and training: planning and executing data migration, user consulting and training.

Management experience: Experience leading a team of 5+ people, project and team management skills (required). Specialization: Deep experience with 1C:ERP UK. Knowledge of functional blocks: Sales, Purchases, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse and Logistics, NSI, Integrations. System and business analysis: Ability to gather and formalize customer business requirements. Systematic requirements formalization: data modeling, hypothesis testing in the system, diagram modeling, defending implementation options with pros and cons. Understanding and ability to describe requirements as functional specifications and diagrams (BPMN, UML notations). Development work: Setting tasks for developers, conducting internal testing, and properly recording issues. Technical knowledge of 1C: Understanding access rights organization and experience modifying standard roles. Knowledge of metadata architecture, object relationships, and 1C algorithms. Experience designing complex modifications. Soft skills: High communication level, stress resistance. Conducting workshops on system usage, demonstrating modified functionality to the customer, transferring knowledge via instructions. Education: Higher education.

Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 RUB (net). Work format: Remote. Schedule: Full time. No business trips.
