1C Team Lead (UMFO)

Lead a 1C development team at Alfa-Dengi (Alfa-Bank holding), remote in Russia, salary negotiable.

Manage team of 1C developers (hiring, 1:1, motivation, mentoring). Interaction with business customer, planning timelines and risks. Control data consistency reconciliations (1C:UMFO with billing and registers).

Experience managing a 1C team. 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (managed forms, queries, SKD), BSL code review. Experience with CFE (extensions), integrations (HTTP/REST), Git. Understanding of accounting (reserves, portfolios, PDN). Nice to have: Kafka, PostgreSQL.
