Targetologist

Targetologist for product and service niches across Russia. Remote, salary up to 100,000 RUB (fixed + KPI).

Responsibilities: - Develop hypotheses using Ben Hunt's ladder, segment cold, warm, and hot target audiences - Create advertising creatives - Regularly test hypotheses - Run A/B tests of creatives and offers, analyze results, implement improvements - Work with lead forms - Work with Senler app, create chatbots and funnels - Work with TargetHunter parser - Analyze ad campaigns and reconcile data with leads and sales - Weekly reporting - Work in CRM on tasks

Requirements: - Completed at least 1 course in targeted advertising - Result-oriented, strive for high ROAS - Systematic and love numbers - No impossible tasks for you - Attentive, diligent, and able to perform repetitive tasks - Experience in the flower niche is a plus (mention in response if applicable)
