Tasks: • Generate leads for real estate agencies and developers. • Work with VK / Telegram / Yandex / MAX / Avito platforms. • Develop advertising strategies. • Form and test hypotheses. • Work with analytics and project metrics. • Meet project KPIs and sustain results.

Experience with VK Ads, Telegram Ads, or Yandex Direct. Experience in real estate is desirable. Ability to analyze data and independently manage projects. Understanding of sales and marketing funnels. Willingness to develop and grow with the team.
