Targetologist for real estate marketing agency. Salary 70,000-120,000 RUB, full-time remote. Experience required.

Specialize in promotion of developers, real estate agencies, and realtors. Responsibilities: • Setting up advertising campaigns in VKontakte / Telegram Ads / Yandex.Direct • Analyze target audience and competitors, segment audiences, and form advertising hypotheses. • Develop launch strategy: audience → offer → creative → test → scaling. • Plan tests, define evaluation criteria, and make decisions based on results. • Prepare advertising offers and texts, formulate USP for different audience segments. • Analyze advertising metrics, find causes of underperformance and growth points. • Evaluate the entire funnel: from ads and leads to lead quality and deals. • Set tasks for designer, prepare simple creatives yourself if needed. • For Telegram: launch Telegram Ads and placements, analyze channels via TGStat/Telemetr, work with UTM tags.

• Experience as targetologist / performance marketer from 1 year. • Practical experience independently managing ad campaigns: from strategy preparation and launch to optimization and reporting. • Experience with at least one main tool: VK Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct. • Experience in real estate, construction, or related niches would be an advantage. • Interest in real estate and readiness to develop in this niche. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. • Readiness to work in a team and follow processes, accept feedback, and refine tasks.
