Targeting Specialist

Remote full-time Targeting Specialist at Lion Target, a marketing agency focused on real estate promotion. Salary: 70,000–120,000 RUB per month.

Lion Target specializes in promotion for developers, real estate agencies, and realtors. Responsibilities: - Set up ad campaigns in VKontakte / Telegram Ads / Yandex.Direct. - Analyze target audience and competitors, segment audiences, and form advertising hypotheses. - Develop launch strategy: audience, offer, creative, test, scaling. - Plan tests, define evaluation criteria, and make decisions based on results. - Prepare ad offers and copy, formulate USPs for different audience segments. - Analyze ad metrics, find causes of drops and growth points. - Evaluate the full funnel: from ads and leads to lead quality and deal. - Set tasks for designer and, if needed, prepare simple creatives independently. - For Telegram: launch Telegram Ads and seeding, analyze channels via TGStat/Telemetr, work with UTM tags.

- Experience as targeting specialist / performance marketer for 1+ year. - Practical experience independently managing ad campaigns: from strategy and launch to optimization and reporting. - Experience with at least one main tool: VK Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex.Direct. - Experience in real estate, construction, or related niches is a plus. - Interest in real estate and willingness to develop in this niche. - Experience managing several projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. - Willingness to work in a team and follow established processes, accept feedback, and refine tasks.
