Support Specialist (Junior/Middle)

Support specialist for Kontur, helping Russian businesses use IT products. Salary 41,000-70,000 RUB after taxes, no experience required.

You will help every third business in Russia use our IT products. What to do: - Complete training in the first three months. First, you will learn how Kontur services work for different business tasks. A mentor will be nearby. From the second month, you will start answering client questions and learn how different companies in Russia work. - Care for clients by phone, email, and chats. During the day, you will work in different channels: switching from answering calls to chats and vice versa. In client support, you don't need to sell services: you will only answer incoming questions.

We expect you to: - Be responsive and love helping people. - Be confident with computers. For example, know how to open Task Manager or restore files from a backup. - Speak and write correctly. - Be ready to work with Kontur's large knowledge base and quickly find answers to client questions during calls. - Stay calm in difficult situations and be able to steer conversations constructively. A plus: experience with legal entities/individual entrepreneurs or in support/client service.

Salary: - First month: fixed 41,000 RUB after taxes. - From the second month: up to 55,000 RUB after taxes (46,000 RUB for hours worked plus bonus up to 20% for correct answers). - After mastering two products: bonus up to 30%, total up to 65,000 RUB. - After three products: bonus up to 40%, total up to 70,000 RUB. Schedule: - 8 hours per day. Training: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, or 11:00-20:00. Then 5/2 with floating start. Shifts may start early morning, evening, or night, and 1-2 times a month on weekends. We offer: - Choice between office or home work.
