Support Specialist at a digital agency

Support Specialist at CROSSGIF, a digital marketing agency. Remote, full-time, 5/2, 9:30–20:00 MSK. Salary 50,000–70,000 RUB. Handle client requests, coordinate tasks, and maintain reports.

CROSSGIF is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency. Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for clients: promptly and competently resolve their requests. - Organize internal processes: coordinate the transfer of tasks from clients to other departments and back. - Maintain order in reporting: record all requests, decisions, and updates in our accounting systems. - Monitor timing and keep everyone informed: control deadlines for stages and inform teams about status.

We are looking for someone who: - Confidently speaks English: work will be 50/50 in Russian and English. Not ideal grammar but ability to quickly grasp the essence of a request and convey a solution. - Is born for the digital environment: easily learns new services. Confident user of Google Docs, Telegram and similar tools. - Is looking for a full-time job with a 5/2 schedule. - Values order and efficiency: high attention to detail, able to prioritize in a flow of tasks, and responsible for their area. - Is technically equipped: has a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet (working from a phone is impossible).
