Support Manager (Remote, Web3 Project)
International Web3 project is seeking a remote Support Manager. Responsibilities include written communication with users and partners in business English. Candidate must have B2 English level and strong writing skills. Work format is remote, with a 2/2 schedule from 00:00 to 09:00 MSK. Location: Worldwide, except Russia and Belarus.

Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for users. Responsibilities: • Conduct written communication with users and partners in business English (correspondence, no calls); • Respond to reviews and requests, ensuring a high level of service; • Promptly relay important information to the team and clients.
Requirements: • English, not lower than B2 level (written); • Skills in literate and polite business correspondence; • Attention to detail and responsibility; • Ability to remain calm in correspondence and work correctly with objections; • Remote work from anywhere in the world, except for the territory of the Russian Federation and Belarus. Nice to have: • Experience as a Support Manager for 1 year (ready to consider without experience); • Understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 market; • Experience with Freshchat, Zendesk, Slack, and Telegram.
