Chat Support Manager (iGaming)
We are looking for a Chat Support Manager (iGaming) for Fixa Casino. Responsibilities: responding to player inquiries, assisting with questions. Conditions: $500-650 per month, fully remote, flexible schedule.
We are Fixa Casino. We are looking for someone who will help players, resolve issues, and improve our service. What you will do: - Respond to player inquiries via chat, email, and messengers. - Assist with registration, verification, bonuses, payouts, and technical issues. - Process requests quickly, politely, and according to regulations. - Identify problematic situations and relay information to related departments. - Handle objections and maintain player loyalty.
Experience in iGaming / gambling is desirable (understanding of specifics, verification processes, bonus systems). Support experience of at least six months. Excellent communication skills and stress resistance. Fluent oral and written communication. Ability to multitask.
Salary: $500 – $650 per month. Fully remote, flexible schedule, +-7 hours working day. Work in conjunction with the team, clear tasks. Payments twice a month.
