Remote Support Specialist position at digital agency CROSSGIF. Responsibilities include resolving client requests, coordinating tasks, maintaining reports, and monitoring deadlines. Requires confident English proficiency, experience with Google Docs and Telegram, and a 5/2 work schedule. Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 RUB.

What you will do daily: - be the first point of contact for clients: promptly and competently resolve their requests; - organize internal processes: coordinate the transfer of tasks from clients to other departments and back; - maintain order in reporting: record all inquiries, solutions, and updates in our accounting systems; - monitor timing and keep everyone informed: control the deadlines for task completion and inform teams about the status.

We are looking for someone who: - is proficient in English: Work will be 50/50 in Russian and English. Not perfect grammar is important, but the ability to quickly grasp the essence of a request and convey a solution; - was born for the digital environment: easily masters new services. A confident user of Google Docs, Telegram, and similar tools is your baseline; - is looking for a full-time job with a 5/2 schedule; - adheres to order and efficiency in everything: has increased attention to detail, can prioritize tasks, and takes responsibility for their area; - is technically equipped: has a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet for work (work from a phone is not possible).
