Supervisor of Collections Department

Supervisor for collections team in microfinance, fully remote, salary 1300-2000 (fixed + bonuses), requires Kazakh language.

Organization and control of daily work of the collections team. Setting tasks for employees and monitoring KPI achievement. Analysis of team results and improvement of collection efficiency. Quality control of negotiations and compliance with work standards. Training, adaptation and development of employees, providing feedback. Preparation of reports and participation in improving collection processes. Control of compliance with legislation and rules of interaction with clients.

Mandatory experience in administrative or managerial positions in collections in microfinance organizations. Mandatory fluency in Kazakh language - oral and written. Understanding of collection processes and key performance indicators. Team management skills, task setting and result control. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it. Responsibility, organization and developed communication skills.

Income in the range of 1300-2000: fixed salary + bonus part for KPI completion. Fully remote work format. Schedule 5/2, from 8:00 to 18:00. Opportunity to independently influence processes and results of the direction. Prospect for professional and career growth.
