Supervisor of Debt Collection Department

Supervisor of debt collection department in a microfinance organization. Full-time, remote. Salary 1300–2000 USD. Requires fluent Kazakh.

Responsibilities: - Organize and control daily work of the collection team. - Set tasks for employees and control KPI achievement. - Analyze team results and improve collection efficiency. - Control quality of negotiations and compliance with work standards. - Train, adapt and develop employees, provide feedback. - Prepare reports and participate in improving collection processes. - Control compliance with legislation and rules of interaction with clients.

Requirements: - Mandatory experience in administrative or managerial positions in debt collection in a microfinance organization. - Mandatory fluency in Kazakh (oral and written). - Understanding of collection processes and key performance indicators. - Team management, task setting and results control skills. - Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on them. - Responsibility, organization, and developed communication skills.
