Strong Middle PPC Specialist

GitNation is looking for a Strong Middle PPC Specialist with excellent analytical skills and a desire to work with the community. Location: Belarus, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Georgia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, etc.

GitNation has been organizing tech conferences since 2015: React Summit, JSNation, React Advanced London, and others. We also create an internal platform for events and a content hub with media for software engineers, as well as a subscription to remote conferences. Main tasks within the position: - Experience with Google Ads is mandatory (experience with LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and other advertising platforms will be an advantage); - Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on relevant platforms (channels are selected depending on the conference and target audience); - Manage advertising campaigns: planning, allocating, and controlling the advertising budget; - Analyze sales landing pages, evaluate the effectiveness of paid and organic acquisition channels, prepare reports and recommendations; - Monitor sales landing pages and prepare recommendations for improving content, structure, and user experience to increase conversion; - Experience launching ads to an international audience (Europe, USA) is mandatory; - Find new partners and develop existing partnerships with communities and media (contact, send information, check effectiveness).

Experience with Google Ads is mandatory; experience with LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and other advertising platforms will be an advantage; experience launching ads to an international audience (Europe, USA) is mandatory; English level B1.
